Team

KARSH was founded in Erzurum in 2026 and there are three of us today, working out of Erzurum and Istanbul. That is a choice rather than a stage: a small team that understands a job end to end loses less of it than a large one that splits the same job up and hands the pieces around.

Code, design and communication are not separate departments here. Whoever writes the quote is the one who finishes the work, with no handover in between — and whoever answers a question is the person who wrote the answer.

The same three people build the products. Kreşim, YiYo and Kurban Sepeti are not client work, they are ours — we know what a piece of software does once it is genuinely in use because we are the ones using it.
